1. Physical Products (Laptops & Accessories)

Applicability: This policy applies to all refurbished laptops, desktops, and hardware shipped within India.

7-Day Replacement Guarantee

  • You have 7 calendar days to request a replacement if the item received is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description.
  • Video Proof: We recommend recording an unboxing video to expedite claims regarding physical damage during transit.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories and the invoice.

Refunds

Refunds are processed only if a replacement unit is unavailable. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.

2. Digital Services (Courses & Software)

Applicability: This policy applies to Online Coding Courses, Web Development Services, and Digital Downloads available Globally.

No-Refund Policy on Instant Access

Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds once access details (Login ID/Course Link) have been sent, as the content is considered "consumed."

Service Cancellation

For service-based orders (e.g., Website Development), you may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. After project initiation, refunds are calculated based on work completed.

3. Shipping & Delivery (India)

We take pride in our logistics network. We do not just ship locally; we serve 25,000+ Pin Codes across India.

Logistics Partners

We ship via premium partners like BlueDart, DTDC, and Delhivery to ensure safe handling of electronics.

Delivery Timelines

Metros (Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi): 2-4 Days
Rest of India: 4-7 Days

Note on Insurance: All high-value shipments (Laptops) are insured during transit. If you receive a damaged box, please do not accept delivery and contact us immediately.
