Return & Refund Policy
1. Physical Products (Laptops & Hardware)
We offer a strictly 7-Day Return & Exchange Window from the date of successful delivery.
- Defective Items: Returns and exchanges are accepted for documented hardware failure not disclosed prior to purchase. Standard and Extended Warranties cover internal hardware service support ONLY. Batteries are consumable components and are strictly EXCLUDED from all warranty coverage, including immediate post-sale claims. We do not guarantee battery health percentages or backup durations. We cover 100% of the return shipping costs and charge NO restocking fee for defective items.
- Non-Defective Items (Buyer's Remorse): We accept returns for non-defective items if you simply change your mind or are dissatisfied with expected cosmetic wear, provided the device is returned in its exact original condition with all accessories. For non-defective returns, the customer is fully responsible for return shipping costs, and a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.
- Unboxing Video Recommended: We highly recommend recording a continuous video of the unboxing. This significantly speeds up claims for transit damage or missing items.
- Original Condition: The device must be handed back entirely in the condition it arrived, with all chargers, cables, and manuals untouched.
2. Digital Services (Courses & Software)
All digital goods and service access links are irreversibly delivered via automated email. By logging in or accessing the digital dashboard, you explicitly waive your right to a refund. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their provided email is correct. For service-based orders (e.g., Web Development), you may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund. After project initiation, refunds are calculated based on work completed.
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact Us: Email kathojunaag@gmail.com or call +91 81438 45133 within 7 days of delivery. Include your Order ID and attach the uncut unboxing video.
- Method of Return: Once approved, returns are processed by mail. We will provide a prepaid shipping label for defective items. For non-defective items, the customer must arrange and pay for return shipping.
- Return Costs & Fees: For approved defective units, we cover 100% of the return shipping costs with zero restocking fees. For non-defective (buyer's remorse) returns, the customer pays return freight charges and a 20% restocking fee is applied.
- Timeline: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7-12 business days after inspection.
