UNBOXING VIDEO GUIDELINES

To claim any damage, missing items, or wrong product delivery, a continuous unboxing video is highly recommended to expedite claims.

Help Us Resolve Issues Faster

While not strictly mandatory, an unboxing video is highly recommended. It serves as the fastest way to prove transit damage or missing items, allowing us to hold courier companies accountable and process your replacement immediately.

How to record a valid video?

DO THIS

  • 1.Start the video BEFORE cutting any tape or seal.
  • 2.Show all 6 sides of the sealed package clearly to the camera.
  • 3.Show the shipping label with your name & order details clearly.
  • 4.Record in a well-lit area.
  • 5.Open the package, take out the device, and show it from all angles in the SAME video.
  • 6.Turn on the device (if applicable) to prove it is dead on arrival or physically damaged.

DO NOT DO THIS

  • Do not pause or cut the video at any time. (One continuous unedited clip).
  • Do not start recording after the package is already opened or partially torn.
  • Do not record in a dark room.
  • Do not move the package out of the camera frame while unboxing.

Why is this policy mandatory?

All our products are professionally packed and continuously under CCTV surveillance during the packing process. We track the condition and serial numbers of every device before hand-over to our courier partners. The unboxing video serves as solid proof to hold the courier company accountable for transit damage or theft.
