Extended Warranty Terms & Conditions

Thank you for choosing Bhushan Tech Solutions. This Extended Warranty policy outlines the terms, coverage, and claim procedures for refurbished electronic devices purchased with an extended warranty package.

1. What is Covered

The Extended Warranty covers manufacturing defects and spontaneous hardware failures that occur during normal, intended use. This includes:

  • Internal Components: Motherboard, CPU, RAM, and internal storage drive failures.
  • Display Issues: Dead pixels (exceeding industry standards), spontaneous backlight failure, and internal connection faults.
  • Ports & Connectors: Malfunctioning USB ports, charging ports, and audio jacks (provided no physical damage is present).
  • Keyboard & Trackpad: Unresponsive keys or trackpad malfunction not caused by liquid spills.

2. What is NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, or environmental factors. Exclusions include:

  • Physical Damage: Drops, impacts, cracked screens, bent chassis, or broken hinges.
  • Water/Liquid Damage: Any malfunction resulting from spills, moisture, or liquid submersion.
  • Consumables: Battery degradation is considered normal wear and tear and is strictly not covered under this warranty.
  • Software Issues: Operating system crashes, virus/malware infections, and data loss. We strongly recommend regular backups.
  • Cosmetic Wear: Scratches, dents, fading, or other issues that do not affect the operational functionality of the device.

3. How to Make a Claim

If you experience an issue covered by this warranty, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Support: Reach out to our technical support team via phone or email to troubleshoot the issue remotely.
  2. Store Visit: Bring the defective device to the Bhushan Tech Solutions physical store in Miryalaguda.
  3. Proof of Purchase: You must present your original digital invoice (containing the order ID and Extended Warranty purchase record).
  4. Inspection: Our technicians will inspect the device. If the defect is covered, we will repair or replace the component at no additional hardware cost.

4. Warranty Void Conditions

Your Extended Warranty will be immediately and permanently voided under the following circumstances:

  • Third-Party Repairs: Any repairs, upgrades, or modifications performed by unauthorized technicians or third-party repair shops.
  • Tampered Seals: Removal, damage, or tampering of the internal warranty void stickers.
  • Unauthorized Overclocking: Damage caused by altering the CPU, GPU, or RAM beyond factory specifications.
