1. Nature of Products (Refurbished Condition)

All laptops and products sold on this website are refurbished / pre-owned devices.

Refurbished products:

• May have minor scratches, dents, or cosmetic wear
• Are not brand-new devices
• May not include original box or accessories
• May contain compatible replacement parts

2. Product Testing & Quality Check

All devices undergo rigorous checks before dispatch:

• Professionally tested
• Hardware verified
• OS installed and activated (if mentioned)
• Basic performance checked

However, refurbished electronics carry inherent risk. Minor battery wear and cosmetic signs of previous usage are expected.

3. Cosmetic Wear & Tear

If a customer wishes to return a device due to expected cosmetic wear (such as minor scratches, dents, or keyboard shine), it will be classified as a Non-Defective / Buyer's Remorse return. The customer will be responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee will apply.

4. Delivery & Courier Responsibility (MANDATORY UNBOXING VIDEO)

All products are packed securely and video recorded during packing.

If customer claims courier damage:

• Unboxing video is mandatory
• Video must start before opening sealed package
• Video must clearly show sealed box and entire opening process WITHOUT cuts or pauses

To ensure seamless processing of transit damage claims, we strongly request a continuous unboxing video. Claims without video evidence will require an extended investigation. Damage claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

5. Product Modification Policy

Any modification done by the customer voids the warranty and return eligibility. Examples include:

• Changing RAM or SSD
• Opening motherboard
• Installing unofficial BIOS
• Physical repair attempt
• Software tampering

Once modified, no return, replacement, or refund will be processed.

6. Return Policy

Returns are categorized into two types:

• 1. Defective Returns (Hardware faults): Eligible for free return/exchange.

Returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and customer-paid shipping if the reason is:

• Change of mind / Buyer's remorse
• Cosmetic dissatisfaction
• Performance expectations mismatch (without actual hardware failure)

Returns are completely rejected (No Refund) for:

• Software issues caused by the user
• Physical damage or modification by the user

Return approval is subject to inspection after the product is received back.

7. Warranty Terms

Warranty (if mentioned in product listing) covers Hardware malfunction only.

Warranty does NOT cover:

• Physical damage
• Liquid damage
• Burn marks
• Short circuit due to external accessories
• Battery wear after sale
• Adapter damage
• Screen damage caused by user

Warranty decision is final after technician inspection.

8. Refund Conditions

If a refund is approved:

• Refund will be processed within 7-12 business days
• Payment gateway charges are non-refundable
• Courier charges are non-refundable

Refund amount may be adjusted if the product is returned in an altered condition.

9. Fraud Protection

We reserve the right to:

• Deny suspicious orders
• Cancel high-risk transactions
• Refuse service to fraudulent customers

Serial numbers are recorded before dispatch. Any serial number mismatch will result in the return being rejected and the device sent back to the customer.

10. Limitation of Liability

Bhushan Tech Solutions is not liable for:

• Data loss
• Business loss
• Indirect damages
• Software corruption

The customer must take a backup immediately after receiving the device.

11. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Telangana, India.
