Order Processing & Delivery Times

• Order cutoff time: 2:00 PM (IST)
• Order handling time: 1-2 business days (Monday-Saturday)
• Transit time: 3-5 business days (Monday-Saturday)
• Total estimated delivery: 4-7 business days

All orders placed before the 2:00 PM cutoff time will be processed the same or next business day.

Shipping Costs (India)

• Laptops & Orders over ₹10,000: We provide strictly Free Shipping.
• Accessories & Orders under ₹10,000: A flat-rate shipping fee of ₹99 applies.

There are no hidden fees. All costs are automatically calculated at checkout.

Transit & Carriers

We partner with premium logistics providers (DTDC, BlueDart, Delhivery) to assure secure delivery. All high-value shipments are insured during transit. If you receive a damaged box, do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.

Undeliverable Packages & RTO

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. If a package is Returned to Origin (RTO) due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or delivery refusal, a flat ₹500 RTO logistics fee will be deducted from your final refund.
